I have studied yoga from the school of Asana Andiappan college of yoga and research center.
I teach for a wide range of needs and abilities. My private clients have included doctors, bankers, athletes, pre- and post- natal women, mummies and kids, and the chronically ill. I have taught group classes from Beginner to Advanced.
I taught private individuals and group classes for all ages.
My hope and aim in teaching yoga is to facilitate personal transformation, inside and out. Correct alignment through asana is the key to creating harmony and balance in the body, whilst pranayama and meditation are essential for inner peace and connection to spirit.
